The LTM2883’s digital channels communicate at 10MHz by default. If the LTM2883-S is configured for SPI communication, the maximum data rate is 8MHz for unidirectional SPI or 4MHz for bidirectional SPI. In this configuration there are two uncommitted digital I/Os. The I²C version communicates at up to 400kHz, and provides three uncommitted digital I/Os. The isolator µModule® platform provides the LTM2883 with superior common mode transient immunity of greater than 30kV/µs, allowing the user to continue communication through common mode transient events.
