These heat sinks are available in a variety of shapes and sizes depending on power load to be dissipated, and offer extreme versatility and ease of use while cutting down on assembly time and engineering costs. Boyd offers a wide range of clip on heat sinks for numerous applications.
Styles are available for vertical or horizontal mounting with or without solderable tabs. The clip on system improves mounting surface contact providing superior thermal transfer over conventional hardware mounting methods.
