High Voltage Chip Resistors - RV Series

YAGEO's high voltage series is ideal for industrial automation, power supplies, and battery chargers. The series is designed to handle a maximum working voltage of 500 V with case sizes from 0603 to 2512. The surface mountable resistors are suitable for handling by automatic placement systems.

RV0603 (100 KΩ to 10 MΩ), RV0805 (100 KΩ to 22 MΩ), RV1206 (100 K to 27 MΩ) have obtained IEC 62368-1:2014 (section G.10.2) safety certificate issued by UL.
