Image of Vishay Semi Diodes' VCAN26 Series ESD Protection Diodes Offered in the compact SOT-323 package size, Vishay’s VCAN26B2 and VCAN26C2 diodes are dual-line bidirectional ESD protection devices that clamp positive and negative overvoltage transients to the ground. Connected between the signal or data line and the ground, these ESD diodes offer high isolation with low leakage current and capacitance within the specified working range. The VCAN26B2 has been optimized for low capacitance, while the VCAN26C2 offers greater ESD immunity. Both devices are also available in AEC-Q101 qualified versions.
