TLVM13630 Synchronous Buck Module

Texas Instruments' TLVM13630 is a highly integrated, high-efficiency, and easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC power module with a wide input voltage range of 3 V to 36 V, supporting a wide variety of systems in industrial applications. This module features integrated MOSFETs, an inductor, and a controller to provide a small power supply footprint with minimal design effort. This power module provides design flexibility with an adjustable output voltage range of 1 V to 6 V and operation of 200 kHz or 2.2 MHz in FPWM mode. The device delivers very high efficiency across the load range, courtesy of the low quiescent current of 9 µA (typical).

The TLVM13630 is available in an enhanced HotRod™ QFN overmolded package that enables a simple, optimized layout contributing to ultra-low conducted and radiated EMI performance. The total solution requires as few as four external components and eliminates the magnetics and compensation component selection from the design process. The device also has protection features for robust and safe operation.
