The 100 V SGT series are offered in 18 standard and 17 logic-level parts. PANJIT’s wafer technology enables the Gen.2 SGT MOSFETs to generate low gate charge and RDS(ON) to minimize conduction losses and create excellent FOM to optimize various topology efficiency.

With its outstanding system efficiency performances and product characteristics, the Gen.2 SGT MOSFET is an optimal option for DC/DC converters. The DC/DC converter is a power conversion system widely applied for industrial devices, such as telecom or industrial power. The Gen.2 SGT series come in various size and package options to be fully adaptable for all brick sizes and applications; available sizes include half brick, quarter brick, eight brick, sixteenth brick, and thirty-second brick. Available packages include DFN5060 and DFN3333. PANJIT’s second generation SGT MOSFETs provide easy and efficient design solutions for DC/DC converter systems as well as various applications of LLC, PSFB, synchronous buck circuits, and automotive 48 VDC/DC systems requiring low FOM and high voltage MOSFETs.
