Image of Littelfuse's SDW05 Discrete TVS Diodes Littelfuse’s SDW05C-01FTG bidirectional and SDW05-01FTG unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diodes are fabricated in proprietary silicon avalanche technology. These diodes provide a high electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection level for electronic equipment.

These SDW05 TVS diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30 kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. In addition, they can safely dissipate a 30 A 8/20 μs surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5, 2^nd Edition.
