FT8260 Isolated LED Driver

Fremont Micro Devices offers their FT8260 isolated AC/DC LED driver with integrated 650 V power MOSFET

The FT8260 family of primary side drivers from Fremont Micro Devices targets LED designs. These high-precision isolated devices with integrated PFC simplify LED lighting design by eliminating the secondary-side feedback components and opto-coupler. The extremely low start-up current of 23µA and quiescent current of 1.1 mA reduces power consumption resulting in excellent efficiency.
