The RP series are high-power, RF/microwave, surface-mount, thick-film chip resistors manufactured on either Alumina, AlN, or BeO substrates. These chip resistors are available in sizes 0302 to 2512 with a power rating ranging from 0.1 W to 32 W, resistance values ranging from 0.1 Ω to 1 GΩ, and resistance tolerance down to ±1%.
