The KG200Z module integrates an Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with the (G)FSK, (G)MSK, and BPSK modulations of LoRa, supporting the LoRaWAN® standard protocol and 470 MHz to 510 MHz, 862 MHz to 928 MHz LoRa frequency bands. The module also incorporates AES hardware encryption for enhanced security and features a compact form factor of 12.0 mm × 12.0 mm × 1.8 mm LGA package.
