Littelfuse's AQxx-02HTG series TVS diode array is designed for protection of automotive applications
Littelfuse designed the AQxx-02HTG series TVS diode array to protect sensitive equipment from damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and lightning-induced surges. Performance tested to ±30 kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2). Qualified to meet the automotive industry AEC-Q101 standards. Broad working voltage options of 5 V, 12 V, 15 V, 24 V, and 36 V to fit into applications like industrial equipment, motor controls, and test and medical equipment.
