HITFET™ Family Switches

Infineon's HITFET (high-integrated temperature protected FET) family provides a higher-level of protection with over-temperature, short circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage, and ESD. HITFET combines all these protection features in one easy-to-use device. These low-side switches are versatile power transistors ideally designed for automotive and industrial applications such as interior light dimming and relay driving. Their built-in intelligence and protective features offer not only significant cost and PCB reduction, shorter time to market, but also improved performance and reliability over conventional, discrete solutions.
