The special low-wattage coils allow the user to switch contactors directly from the PLC, removing the need for interposing relays. For added protection to upstream components, the KG3 contactor comes equipped with an integrated coil suppressor.

The KG3 range is designed to operate in demanding environments while maintaining full horsepower ratings of up to +90°C. Other reliability traits such as the ability to withstand vibration, high humidity, dust, and sand make the devices suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
