Advanced Cable Ties manufactures a full line of heavy-duty 175 lbf cable ties designed for high-strength bundling in industrial, commercial, and HVAC applications. These ties offer exceptional tensile performance while maintaining low insertion force, suitable for both professionals and technicians. They are UL 181B listed and rated for indoor and outdoor use, with an operating temperature range of -40°F to +185°F. Available in lengths including 24", 36", and 48", and in natural and UV-black variants, they adapt to a wide range of cable-bundling needs.
Constructed from durable nylon 6/6 (polyamide PA66), they are available in UV-resistant options for long-term outdoor exposure. With 175 lbf tensile strength and a wide 0.34 inch to 0.35 inch strap, they support large bundle diameters and comply with UL 94 V-2 flammability ratings.
